Wal-Mart sues boss $5-really-large for ‘fiddling’

WAL-MART is suing a former vice-chairman for more than $5 million (£2.8 million) amid claims that he used his expense account to buy personal items including dog food, underwear and a Celine Dion CD.

Isn’t Celine just so hard to resist?

If this guy gets pinned he’s definitely getting the short end of the stick. It turns out that they’re accusing him of spending about $500,000 during 5 years of employment. I guess he should’ve flown to Vegas and gotten backstage passes?

But then again, WAL-MART paid him $15 million over the course of two years.

I’m confused…. I think that financially Mr Coughlin makes out either way, and he ended up with a bunch of free tortilla chips.

And, that is your business news for Friday folks. Do with it what you may. Perhaps go get a job working for Wal-Mart. They seem to pay pretty good.
